Group courses
If you prefer to be physically active with others, our weekly group classes are just right for you. Whether pilates or back, you will find exactly the activities that you enjoy and give you a good well-being.

Our fitness instructors are happy to work with you to determine your training goals and will be happy to put together a program to suit your individual needs. You can also supplement or deepen your training sessions with personal training at any time.
